Rego opened Impact Imaging on Long Island, NY. He decided to take the
entrepreneurial plunge and has since never looked back. Over the years his
studio revenues and sales have increased exceeding his own expectations.
This New York image maker specializes in fine art and photojournalistic
weddings, portraits, school and event photography, parties, seminars,
conferences, model portfolios and not forgetting the
commercial end of his business. He also specializes in real estate work,
product photography, architectural and home interiors and catalogue
photography . His studio
consists of a sales office and at this stage of his career he can be seen
working on location. His cameras consist of medium format and digital
equipment along with latest modern day strobes which give him an edge over the
competition. For black&white photography Conrad is a firm believer in
Ilford film since he has been using as a little boy with his first camera.
Conrad is well known in the Long island area as well as NYC, and New jersey since most of his work comes from word of
mouth and referrals from well satisfied customers. However he still
advertises in leading magazines, trade show publications and the internet
were most of his would be clients contact him thru email for rates and
quotes.
His work
has been endorsed by the Professional Photographers of America, the
WPPI, the IFPO, Professional photographers of the U.K
and The international centre of photography in New York city.
Having being published in several journals and
magazines including write ups in bridal magazines, leading
newspapers, trade show bulletins, modeling and
talent agencies. He is currently focusing on the modern day digital
photography but he also still shoots film when needed. He is also active
in promoting his business on broad way and theatre, talent scouts, modeling
agencies, television and radio
stations, film companies and advertising executives who are looking to
place prospective talent. He sends prospective models and
acting talent for open cast calls, auditions for
sitcoms, commercials, modeling assignments, feature films, extras in
movie roles and several assignments in the entertainment world.
